抗病毒联合糖皮质激素成功救治慢加急性肝功能衰竭1例

摘　　要：慢加急性肝功能衰竭(acute-on-chronic liver failure,ACLF)是在慢性肝病的基础上,出现急性肝功能失代偿的临床表现。目前以内科综合治疗为主,而糖皮质激素在HBV-ACLF治疗中的价值尚有争议。现报道本院在抗感染、抗-HBV治疗基础上联合糖皮质激素成功救治的HBV-ACLF(中期)1例,供临床参考。Acute-on-chronic liver failure（ACLF） is a clinical manifestation of acute liver failure in chronic liver disease. At present, the comprehensive treatment of internal medicine is the main method. However, the value of glucocorticoids in treatment of HBV-ACLF is controversial. In this paper, we reported the successful treatment of one case of HBV-ACLF（metaphase） with anti-infection and anti-HBV therapy combined with glucocorticoid in our hospital, which is for clinical reference.
