非甾体类抗炎药预防白内障乳化术后黄斑水肿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究非甾体类抗炎药对进行白内障乳化术患者的临床应用效果。方法:选择2015年1月至2015年12月在我院眼科接受白内障乳化术的118例白内障患者进行研究。按照随机数表法,随机将患者分为观察组及对照组。观察组在进行白内障乳化术前后,均使用普拉洛芬滴眼液进行辅助治疗,对照组则仅进行手术,实施常规的术后处理。手术后,对两组患者的黄斑囊性水肿发生率、术后视力矫正度数和黄斑厚度等情况进行分析处理。结果:观察组患者术后黄斑囊性水肿发生率均明显低于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后视力矫正度数和黄斑厚度相比较,可知观察组的视力矫正度数明显高于对照组,黄斑厚度明显低于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非甾体抗炎药对于预防白内障乳化术后黄斑囊性水肿有着良好的效果,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective： To study the clinical effect of non-steroidal anti-inlfammatory drugs in patients with phacoemulsiifcation cataract.Methods：118 cases patients from January 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital with cataract phacoemulsiifcation were studied. According to a random number table method, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Before and atfer the cataract phacoemulsiifcation procedure, the observation group used the pranoprofen eye drops for adjuvant therapy, while the control group only received surgery and routine postoperative treatment. Atfer surgery, the survey analyzed the incidence of macular edema, the degree of vision correction, and macular thickness of patients.Results：hTe incidence of postoperative macular edema in the observation group was signiifcantly lower than that in the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. Compared the macular thickness and degree of vision correction of two groups atfer surgery, it was found that the degree of vision correction in the observation group was signiifcantly higher than that in the control group, macular thickness was signiifcantly lower than that in the control group, the difference of the two groups were statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Nonsteroidal anti-inlfammatory drugs have a good effect for the prevention of postoperative macular edema, it is worthy of clinical application.
