摘　　要：[目的]探讨Wnt5a在宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。[方法]应用原位杂交技术及免疫组化法分别检测60例宫颈鳞状细胞癌及癌旁正常宫颈组织Wnt5a m RNA和蛋白的表达,分析Wnt5a表达与宫颈鳞状细胞癌临床病理参数的关系。[结果]宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织Wnt5a m RNA及蛋白的阳性表达率分别为93.3%(56/60)和96.7%(58/60),均明显高于癌旁正常宫颈组织(P<0.001),且Wnt5a m RNA与蛋白表达呈显著正相关(rs=0.323,P<0.05)。Wnt5a m RNA及蛋白表达与肿瘤组织分化程度、淋巴结转移、浸润深度和临床分期有关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、肿瘤直径无关(P>0.05)。[结论]Wnt5a与宫颈鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展密切相关,检测其表达情况有可能为评估宫颈鳞状细胞癌的转移潜能和预后提供参考依据。[Objective] To investigate the expression of Wnt5 a in squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix and its clinical significance.[Methods] The expression of Wnt5 a m RNA and protein was detected by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry in 60 cases of squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix,with adjacent normal cervix tissue as control group.The correlation between clinical features and expression of Wnt5 a m RNA and protein was analyzed.[Results] The positive rates of Wnt5 a m RNA and protein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma were 93.3%（56/60）and 96.7%（58/60）,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in normal cervix tissue（P 〈0.001）.The expression of Wnt5 a m RNA was significantly correlated with the expression of Wnt5 a protein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma（rs=0.323,P〈0.05）.The expression of Wnt5 a m RNA and protein was significantly correlated with histological grade,lymph node metastasis,depth of invasion and clinical stage of cervical cancer（P〈0.05）,but not correlated with age and tumor size（P〉0.05）.[Conclusion] Wnt5 a expression may be closely related to development of squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix and it may provide information for metastatic potential and prognosis of cervical cancer.
