摘　　要：目的了解某高校在职教职工的健康状况,为进一步做好疾病预防与控制以及健康教育提供依据。方法收集2014年度1 801名在职教职工的健康体检结果,进行统计分析。结果体检异常检出率为94.95%,检出率较高的前10位病症为高脂血症、脂肪肝、高血压、胃窦炎、心电图异常、高尿酸血症、肝功异常、高血糖、肝囊肿、胆囊息肉。结论该校在职教职工健康状况不容乐观,应加强健康教育和健康干预,养成良好的生活行为方式,预防慢性病的发生发展。Objective To understand the health status of the in-service staff in a university, so as to provide the evidence for prevention and control of disease and improving health education. Methods The data of physical examinations of 1 801 in-service staff were collected and analyzed statistically in 2014. Results Theabnormal detection rate was94.95%,and the top ten diseases or abnormalities were hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, hypertension,antral gastritis, electrocardiogram abnormality, hyperuricemia, liver dysfunction, hyperglycemia, liver cyst and cystic polyp. Conclusion The health status of the in-service staff is unoptimistic, and therefore, the health education and health interventions should be strengthened.
