摘  要:目的研究富血小板纤维蛋白(platelet-rich ibrin,PRF)对变形链球菌生长、产酸和粘附的影响。方法选用变形链球菌标准菌株UA159,制备PRF膜片及PRF浸出液(Platelet-rich fibrin extract,PRFe),将变形链球菌标准菌株UA159菌悬液接种于含有不同数量PRF膜片的BHI液体培养基中,培养48小时后,观察PRF对变形链球茵生长、产酸影响;用含有不同浓度PRF浸出液的BHI培养液培养变形链球菌48小时后,观察PRF对变形链球菌粘附性的影响。结果 PRF对UA159生长、产酸和粘附均有抑制作用,且随着PRF膜片数量的增加或PRF浸出液浓度的增高抑制作用逐渐增强。结论 PRF能抑制变形链球茵生长、产酸和粘附,并且随着PRF膜片量数的增加或PRF浸出液浓度的增高,抑制作用增强。Objective To study the effect of platelet rich fibrin on the growth, production of acid and adhesion of Streptococcus. Methods Selection of Streptococcus standard strain UA159,prepared PRF membrane and Platelet-rich fibrin extract, The standard strain UA159 of Streptococcus pneumoniae was inoculated into BHI liquid medium containing different amounts of PRF membranes,cultured for 48 hours,then observe the effect of platelet rich fibrin on the growth,production of acid of Streptococcus. Use the BHI liquid medium which contains different concentrations of PRFe culture the Streptococcus for 48 h,then observe the effect of platelet rich fibrin on the adhesion of Streptococcus. Results PRF inhibited the growth, acid production and adhesion of UA159.The inhibition effect was enhanced with the increase of the number of PRF patch or PRFE concentration. Conclusion PRF can inhibit the growth,acid production and adhesion of Streptococcus mutans bacteria, and with the amounts of PRF membrane or the concentrations of PRFe increased the inhibition is enhanced.
