慢性牙周炎患者牙周基础治疗前后龈沟液中抵抗素和YKL-40浓度变化的研究

摘　　要：目的检测慢性牙周炎患者牙周治疗前后龈沟液中抵抗素和YKL-40的表达水平,探讨抵抗素和YKL-40在牙周炎发生发展过程中的作用。方法收集身体质量指数正常的慢性牙周炎患者32例,运用酶联免疫法测定牙周治疗前后龈沟液中抵抗素和YKL-40含量。结果基础治疗后抵抗素和YKL-40含量显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后PD、BI、AL的变化与YKL-40浓度变化相关(P<0.05),抵抗素浓度与治疗前PD、BI、AL的变化以及治疗后AL的变化相关(P<0.05)。结论龈沟液中抵抗素和YKL-40含量与牙周炎的发生发展关系密切,牙周基础治疗对龈沟液中抵抗素和YKL-40表达水平有明显影响。Objective To detect the expression levels of resistin and YKL-40 in gingival crevicular fluid of patients with chronic periodontitis before and after periodental non-surgical treatment,and explore the effect of resistin and YKL-40 in the development of the periodontitis. Methods 32 cases of patients with chronic periodontitis and normal body mass index were collected. Before and after periodontal non-surgical treatment, used ELISA to measure the content of resistin and YKL-40 in gingival crevicular fluid. Results The concentrations of resistin and YKL-40 was significantly reduced after periodontal non-surgical treatment, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. There was a correlation between the concentration of YKL-40 and the change of PD 、BI、AL before and after treatment（P0.05）,There was a correlation between the concentration of resistin and the change of PD 、BI、AL before treatment and the change of AL after treatment（P 0.05）. Conclusion The concentration of resistin and YKL-40 in gingival crevicular fluid had close relationship with the development of periodontitis, periodontal non-surgical treatment had significant effect on the expression levels resistin and YKL-40 in gingival crevicular fluid.
