转型经济背景下中国奶业合法性危机与制度创业研究

摘　　要：制度创业与合法性理论已取得颇为丰富的研究成果,但现实出现的合法性危机事件却缺乏学术界相关理论的解释与指导。本文运用扎根理论方法对深陷合法性危机的中国乳品行业进行剖析,形成奶业组织场域合法性危机演变框架,探讨在转型经济背景下制度创业与合法性危机之间的关系。研究发现:危机事件是制度矛盾集中爆发的导火索;合法性危机会促使制度创业者进行反思并行动,进而推动制度化发展;制度创业策略的成功使用能有效缓解场域内合法性危机。There have been a lot of research findings about institutional entrepreneurship and the legitimacy theory.The phenomena of legitimacy crisis have appeared in reality,but there is a lack of interpretation and guidance by related theories in the academic circle.This study uses the grounded theory approach to analyze the legitimacy crisis of the Chinese dairy industry,and builds a framework for the evolution of legitimacy crisis in the organizational field of the Chinese dairy industry.Based on this,the relationship between institutional entrepreneurship and legitimacy crisis is discussed.The study finds that crisis event is the blasting fuse for the eruption of institutional contradictions;the interaction between legitimacy crisis and institutional contradictions promotes the development of institutionalization;using institutional entrepreneurship tactics successfully will mitigate the legitimacy crisis.
