住院乳腺癌术后患者癌因性疲乏与自我效能的调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨住院乳腺癌术后患者癌因性疲乏状况与自我效能的关系。方法采用便利抽样的方法,采用一般情况调查问卷、癌因性疲乏量表、自我效能量表对276例住院乳腺癌术后患者进行调查。结果乳腺癌术后患者总疲乏发生率为100%,躯体疲乏发生率为94.77%,情感疲乏发生率均为95.10%,认知疲乏发生率为91.81%。乳腺癌患者CFS总分为(28.07±5.59)分。自我效能总得分为(53.55±12.40)分,48.6%的患者处于中等水平;住院乳腺癌术后患者自我效能各个维度与癌因性疲乏均呈负相关(P<0.001)。结论乳腺癌术后患者普遍存在癌因性疲乏,自我效能处于中等水平,应为患者制订个体化自我管理项目,减轻疲乏症状,从而提高其生活质量。Objective To study the correlation between cancer-related fatigue（ CRF） and self-efficacy of in-patients with breast cancer after operation. Methods Convenience sampling was adopted to investigate 276 cases of in-patients with breast cancer after operation, and questionnaire includes general situation investigation scale of cancer-related fatigue and self-efficacy scale. Results The incidence rate of total fatigue was 100% for in-patients with breast cancer after operation. The incidence rate of body fatigue was 94. 77% for those patients. The incidence rate of emotional fatigue was 95. 10 % and cognitive fatigue were 91. 81%. The total score of cancer-related fatigue scale（ CFS） of breast cancer patients was（ 28. 07 ± 5. 59）. The total selfefficacy score of breast cancer patients was（ 53. 55 ± 12. 40）,and 48. 6% patients were at moderate level. There was a negative correlation between the various dimensions of self-efficacy and cancer-related fatigue in in-patients with breast cancer after operation（ P〈0. 001）. Conclusions The cancer-related fatigue（ CRT） is universal in in-patients with breast cancer after operation. The self-efficacy score of breast cancer patients is at moderate level.We should develop the individual managing project to reduce the fatigue symptom of those patients,and improve their quality of life.
