摘　　要：立体化教材建设是对传统教材的一种创新,引领教材建设的新突破。文章通过对立体化教材背景的诠释,分析当前《财务管理》课程建设中出现的弊端,对《财务管理》立体化教材建设展开探讨,即围绕精准化教学,以素质能力提升为目标,借助现代教学手段,融合多媒体课件、微课、网络平台等,建立丰富的立体化教学资源,激发学生学习兴趣,从而改善教学效果,提升教学质量。Stereo--textbook construction is an innovation of traditional textbook,leading breakthroughs of teaching materials. Through interpretation of background of stereo-- teaching, the article analyses the current drawbacks of Financial Management course construction,and starts to explore how to construct stereo--textbook,namely focusing on the precision of teaching. The article targets at enhancing the all--round ability, uses modern teaching methods, integrates multimedia courseware, micro-- c/ass,network platform and etc, establish a rich stereo--teaching resources, to stimulate students＇ interest in learning, and therefore improve the effectiveness quality of teaching.
