摘　　要：学术文化是研究生教育必然要构建的学术环境,也是研究生教育必然要呈现的学术信念。学术文化呈现出典型的部落性景观,地方性大学的研究生主要是在各自的学术部落内寻找自己的价值归属感。学术部落归属感的缺失导致地方性大学研究生被有形或无形的力量隔离或散落在学术场域的边缘,学术文化日益呈现出边缘化、功利化倾向,学术规范有所缺失。探究地方性大学研究生学术部落文化的基本特征,加强地方性大学研究生学术部落文化的方向引领,对于地方性大学树立研究生教育的学术文化理性,提高研究生教育的人才培养质量,意义重要而深远。Academic culture is inevitable to build the graduate student education academic environment, is also a graduate student education must present academic belieL Academic culture presents typical tribal landscape, the local university graduate student is mainly within their respective academic tribes in the value of their sense of belonging. The lack of academic tribes belonging to local university graduate student be tangible or intangible force isolation or scattered on the edge of the academic field, which makes academic culture shows a marginalized, utilitarian tendency increasingly and lose norms. To explore the basic character- istics of the local university graduate student＇s academic tribal culture, strengthen the direction of the local university graduate student＇s academic tribal culture lead to set up the postgraduate education for local university academic culture rationally, im- prove the quality of postgraduate education of talent training, is of greatsignificance and far--reaching.
