清代儒医徐大椿与宋代理学的关系探究

摘　　要：宋代理学的盛兴,不仅促进了宋代中医药文化的蓬勃发展,而且对后世医学理论的推进、流派的争鸣、研究方法的创新和医家的成长都产生了深刻影响。清代儒医徐大椿就是深受宋代理学影响的杰出代表。正是在宋代理学的影响下,徐大椿"知医为孝"、弃儒从医,进而"读书明理"、自学成才。在思想上崇尚医德,强调为医者应存心救人,小心敬慎;在理论上尊经崇古,致力于整顿医家道统,继承绝学;在方法上格物致知,强调穷理尽性,知其然而知其所以然。这些鲜明的学术个性,都与宋代理学的影响密不可分。The prosperity of neo-confucianism of Song Dynasty not only promoted the vigorous development of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） culture, but also exerted profound impacts on the theory of TCM, medical sects, the researching methods and the developments of doctors later. As a confucian physician in Qing Dynasty, Xu Dachun was deeply influenced by neo confucianism in Song Dynasty. Because of the filial piety, he abandoned confucianism and studied medicine by reading books, then, became a famous doctor by self-studying. He advocated medical ethics, emphasized the kindheartedness of a doctor. In theory, he had a high regard for confucian classics, and committed to the rectification of the tradition, inherited the knowledge which had been cut off. On the method, he emphasized the metaphysical examination of exploring the reason, advocated the studying phenomena to acquire knowledge. All of these distinctive academic personalities had a close connection with neo-confucianism in Song Dynasty.
