摘 要:针对煤矿井下供电系统在短路故障时出现越级跳闸的问题,在煤矿井下现有微机综保装置和高速安全监控网络的基础上,设计了基于GOOSE通信的闭锁模块。利用GOOSE通信机制的实时性和可靠性,当发生短路故障时在供电系统上下级线路综保装置间传送闭锁信号,可以快速准确地确定故障点位置。测试表明GOOSE信号闭锁模块在短路故障时能释放距故障点最近综保装置的跳闸信号,满足继电保护选择性,有效防止越级跳闸现象。For the problem of override trip in coal mine power system,a kind of signal blocking module based on generic object oriented substation event(GOOSE)communication is designed on the basis of the existing microcomputer relay protection devices and high speed safety monitoring network. By taking the advantage of the reliability and rapidity of GOOSE communication,the blocking signal can be transferred between the relay protection devices in the case of short-circuit fault,and the fault location can be detected quickly and accurately. Test results show that the blocking modules can release the tripping control signal from the nearest relay protection device. The proposed method can satisfy the requirement of selectivity and avoid the override trip effectively.
