摘  要:利用亚临界萃取法和水蒸气蒸馏法,分别从神香草的花、叶和茎部提取精油。研究结果表明,亚临界萃取法提取的精油得率最高的是花(4.215%),其次是叶(0.850%),最后是茎(0.146%);水蒸气蒸馏法提取的精油得率最高的也是花(0.964%),其次是叶(0.192%),最后是茎(0.031%)。2种方法从花中提取的精油色泽均呈淡黄色,无杂色,品质最好;从叶和茎提取的精油呈黄绿色和绿色,有杂色,品质较差。Extracted hyssop oil from Hyssopus officinalis flowers, leaves and stems by subcritical extraction and steam distillation method. The results of the study show that, subcritical extraction of essential oils to rate is highest in flowers (4.215%), followed by leaf (0.850%), and finally the stem (0.146%) ; steam distillation method to extract the essential oil rate the highest is 0.964%, followed by leaf (0.192%), finally is stem (0.031%) . Two methods for extracting from flowers essential oil color is light yellow, no noise and quality are the best. The essential oils from the leaves and stem extract are yellow green and green with mottled, the quality is poor.
