摘  要:本着理论与生产实践相结合的原则,通过新旧工艺的对比,从塔板结构、进料位置、进料状况等方面进行阐述中粮生化能源肇东有限公司纤维素酒精蒸馏系统能源消耗情况进行总结,进而分析其原因。对蒸馏塔结构、进料位置、进料状态、回流量进行调整,乃至对整个蒸馏系统进行改造,降低能耗,为以后的生产做好本单元的节能改造,而合理有效的利用能源。可以提供更多的有效能,即降低单品能耗,从而生产出更多、更好的产品,为企业、为整个社会创造出更多的产值和利润。According to the principle of combination of theory and practice, by comparing the old with new technology, energy consumption of cellulosic ethanol distillation system in COFCO Biochemical Energy Zhaodong Co. Ltd. was summarized and further analyzed from the tray structure, the feed position, the feed conditions and other aspects. The structure of distillation tower, the feed position, the feed state,and quantity of reflux were adjusted, further the entire distillation system was reformed to reduce energy consumption, and to make energy saving of the unit as well as to use energy rationally and efficiently for the future. In this way, more efficient energy was provided, that is the energy consumption of a single product was reduced, thus producing more and better products for enterprises, and creating more value and profits for the whole society.
