摘  要:为了解刺果甘草作为饲草的价值及其对盐碱土地是否有改善作用,试验观察测定了天然刺果甘草生长情况、根入土深度、根水平分布范围、小叶数、叶长、叶宽等生物学指标;另外采用98%浓硫酸、20%Na OH溶液、50℃水浸泡的方式打破刺果甘草种子休眠,测定了种子发芽率、发芽势。结果表明:刺果甘草植株高大,30株平均高度达182.20 cm;叶量大;根系发达,入土深度平均为159.97 cm,其水平分布平均为97.60 cm,根固沙保土作用良好;采用98%硫酸处理刺果甘草种子8 min效果最佳,种子发芽率、发芽势分别达20%、15%。To understand the value of Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora as forage grass and whether it can improve saline alkali land, the biological indica- tors of natural Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora Maxim. were determined by observation, including the growth situation, root depth in soil, root level dis- tribution, leaflet number, leaf length, leaf width, etc. Futhermore, the seed dormancy of Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora Maxim. was broken through immersion in 98% concentrated sulfuric acid, 20% NaOH solution, 50 ℃ water, and then the germination rate and germination potential of seed were also determined. The results showed that Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora Maxim. plant was tall, and the average height of 30 individual plants was 182.20 cm. It had large numer of leaves, and well - developed root system. The root depth in sol on was an average of 159.97 cm, and the root level distribution was an average of 97.60 cm . It had good function on sand fixation and soil conservation. The result indicate that the effect of treatment is best using 98% sulfuric acid to treat the seeds of Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora Maxim. for 8 min, and the germination rate and germination potential can reach 20% and 15%, respectively.
