摘 要:以黄蝉属的软枝黄蝉(Allamanda cathartica)、黄蝉(A.schottii)为试材,采用IBA 50 mg/L+NAA50 mg/L、IBA 100 mg/L+NAA 100 mg/L、IBA 150 mg/L+NAA 150 mg/L 3种生长调节剂浓度和0.3~0.4、0.4~0.5、0.5~0.6 cm 3种插穗直径的两因素完全随机设计,研究不同插穗直径和生长调节剂浓度处理组合对软枝黄蝉和黄蝉扦插繁殖的影响。结果表明,生长调节剂处理对软枝黄蝉扦插成活率有显著影响,而且对软枝黄蝉的其他指标和黄蝉的所有指标也有极显著影响;插穗直径对软枝黄蝉和黄蝉的扦插成活率、生根率、生根数、根长均有极显著影响;软枝黄蝉和黄蝉最适宜于扦插的组合为生长调节剂IBA 100 mg/L+NAA100 mg/L+插穗直径0.5~0.6 cm。Using Allamanda cathartica and A. Schottii as materials, and adopting a completely randomized factorial design with two factors, i.e., three concentrations of growth regulators: 50 mg/L IBA+50 mg/L NAA, 100 mg/L IBA+100 mg/L NAA, 150 mg/L IBA+150 mg/L NAA and three types of cuttings diameter: 0.3-0.4 cm, 0.4-0.5 cm, 0.5-0.6 cm, the effects of different combinations of cuttings diameter and concentration of growth regulator on cutting propagation were studied. The results showed that the effects of growth regulator were significant for survival rate of A. cathartica, also highly significant for other parameters ofA. cathartica and all parameters ofA. schottii. The best strategy for the cutting propagation ofA. cathartica and A. schottii was a cutting with the treatment of 100 mg/L IBA+100 mg/L NAA and with the diameter of 0.5-0.6 cm.
