角膜内皮移植术治疗角膜失代偿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨角膜内皮移植术治疗角膜失代偿的临床效果。方法白内障术后继发角膜失代偿6例（6眼）行角膜内皮移植术。用角膜板层刀分离供体角膜，取直径为13～14 mm 深板层角膜内皮移植片植入受体眼前房。结果6例随访6个月以上。角膜均持续透明，内皮移植片贴附良好，术后6个月6例视力均有不同程度提高，由术前的数指～0．05，提高到0．12～0．3。角膜内皮细胞密度均明显增加，由术前≤656个／mm2增加到1889～2456个／mm2。结论角膜内皮移植术是一种治疗角膜失代偿的有效方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of corneal endothelium transplantation for corneal decompensation .Methods Six eyes of 6 patients of secondary corneal decompensation after cataract surgery were enrolled .They had undergone corneal endothelium transplantation .The 13~14 mm diameter of deep lamellar corneal endothelial implant was separated with cornea knife , and it was transplanted into receptor anterior chamber .Results The six eyes were followed up for over 6 months.The cornea was transparent in all cases , and the endothelial implant attached well .The visual acuity was improved from preoperative FC-0.05 to 0.12-0.3 six months after surgery.The average corneal endothelial cell density increased significantly from ≤656/mm2 preoperatively to 1889-2456/mm2 postopevatively .Conclusion The corneal endothelium transplantation is an effective method for the treatment of corneal decompensation .
