摘  要:目的建立HPLC法同时测定去痛片中4种组分的方法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C_(18)(100×4.6mm,3.5μm);柱温30℃;以0.05mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液(p H为7.0±0.1)∶甲醇(55∶45)为流动相;流速为0.7m L·min^(-1);检测波长为220nm。结果 4种组分可完全分离,线性关系良好,咖啡因、苯巴比妥、氨基比林、非那西丁的加样回收率分别为:98.68%、98.21%、101.99%、99.80%,RSD均小于1.2%。结论本方法操作简单,结果准确可靠,可以有效地用于控制去痛片的药品质量。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of four components in Com-pound Aminopyrine Phenacetin tablets by HPLC .METHODS The chromatographic separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (100×4.6mm,3.5μm),the column temperature was maintained at 30℃.0.05mol· L^-1 of po-tassium dihydrogen phosphate solution ( pH 7.0 ±0.1 )∶methanol ( 55∶45 ) as the mobile phase , the flow rate of 0.7 mL· min^ -1 .The UV detection wavelength was 220 nm.RESULTS The good resolution can be achieved among 4 components and the method was linear over the investigated concentration rage .The recovery rate of caffeine ,phe-nobarbital,aminopyrine and phenacetin were respectively:98.68%,98.21%,101.99%,98.21%,RSD were all less than 1.2%.CONCLUSION This method is simple ,accurate and reliable ,which can be effectively used to control the drug quality of Compound Aminopyrine Phenacetin tablets .
