摘  要:为探究堆栈式压电换能器在路面振动环境中的输出效能及影响因素,采用试验机模拟接近路面环境下的振动加载测试,测试了堆栈式压电换能器在不同内部连接方式、不同载荷及加载频率下的输出情况,并进一步测试了柔性封装的并联堆栈式换能器的输出损失情况。结果表明,相同外部载荷下,并联连接的换能器输出电能较串联连接的高;在测试的范围内,外部作用载荷越大、频率越高,换能器输出的电能越大;采用有机硅橡胶作柔性封装的换能器,电能输出损失不大;在路面结构中可通过增加换能器顶部载荷作用面积以增大换能器内部应力的方法,提高换能器的电能输出。In order to explore both the efficiency of output efficiency of piezoelectric stacks transducer and its influencing factors in road vibration environment, tHe vibration loading test is conducted by tester to simulate the environment close to road pavement. The output energy for the piezoelectric stacks transducer with different inner connections, different load conditions and different loading frequencies are tested by testing machine. Further more, the output energy loss of the stacks transducer in parallel with flexible package is tested. The result shows that ( 1 ) the output of piezoelectric stacks transducer in parallel is greater than that of in series under the same loading condition; (2) the larger load and higher frequency produce more energy within the test range; (3) the transducer with flexible package using organic silicon rubber has little loss of the energy harvesting. The output energy can be increased by enlarging the top load action area to increase the stress of the piezoelectric stacks transducer.
