摘　　要：目的:观察不同浓度苦参碱对人胃癌细胞株SGC7901生长的影响及其机制。方法:体外培养人胃癌细胞株SGC7901,分别用不同浓度的苦参碱处理,CCK-8法检测SGC7901细胞的生长情况,RT-PCR法检测miR-221相对表达量。结果:不同浓度的苦参碱对SGC7901细胞增殖有明显的抑制作用,miR-221相对表达量随苦参碱浓度的增加而降低。结论:苦参碱可以抑制胃癌SGC7901细胞的增殖,其作用机制可能与抑制细胞内的miR-221表达有关。Objective： To observe the effects of different concentrations of Matrine on human gastric cancer cell line SGC7901 cells growth and its mechanism. Methods： The human gastric cancer cell line SGC7901 was treated with different concentrations of matrine,and its growth was detected by CCK-8. The relative expression of miR-221 was detected by RT-PCR. Results： The proliferation of gastric cancer cell line SGC7901 cells which treated by different concentrations was inhibited significantly. The expression of miR-221 decreased with the increase of matrine concen- tration. Conclusion： Matrine can inhibit the proliferation of gastric cancer cell line SGC7901 by a mechanism involving decrease of miR-221 expression.
