摘　　要：晚期癌症综合精准医疗不但包含晚期癌症的适度医疗,更包含了晚期癌症患者的看护、慰藉等康复治疗。目前针对癌症治疗的医疗保险支付方式单一、报销比例低,难以覆盖晚期癌症治疗产生的全部费用。所以理顺付费机制,创新支付方式对晚期癌症精准医疗至关重要。Terminal cancer precision medicine contains medical treatment, as well as long-term care and rehabilitation therapy for advanced cancer patients. However, the payment of insurance for the treatment is single and the reimbursement ratio is low, which resulted in the diffi culty of medical insurance covering all cost in terminal cancer therapy. Therefore, clarifying payment mechanism and innovating payment methods are very important for terminal cancer precision medicine.
