从“厚势”角度谈制方之道

摘　　要：弈理、兵法、岐黄之术,其源同一,皆饱含中国传统文化"道"之蕴味,符合"道"之精神。围棋讲究建立"厚势",中医制方之道亦与之同理,强调"厚势"在组方中的重要性。细研各家方书,医者擅长从重用剂量、叠用厚味、巧拟对药以及合方权变等方面建立"厚势",其"厚势"可使全方之力会聚一点,重磅出击,破其病机关键所在,解决疾病之主要矛盾,则余症砉然而除,临床上可收峻捷之效。The arts of Weiqi,war and traditional Chinese medicine are originated from the same root,conformed to the spirit of Dao. Masters who play Weiqi usually pay attention to build the＂strong wall＂and the same way in the prescription compatibility. By studying lots of medical books carefully,we discovered that doctors were good at building the ＂strong wall＂through increasing the drug dosages,using the Chinese herbs with thick flavour,applying pairs of Chinese herbs flexibly and adding several prescriptions. The ＂strong wall＂makes the prescription’s effect focus on one point,which can resolve the main contradiction and receive good treatment effect by removing the pathogenesis.
