摘　　要：随着互联网、物联网、云计算以及大数据等在线信息系统逐步完善,在线供应链金融新型的运营模式也得到了快速的发展。在线供应链金融改善了中小企业的生存环境,也改变了中小企业现金流的管理模式。中小企业现金流管理出现了管理主体多元化、管理流程标准化、现金转换快速化及管理安全风险加大等特征,需要调整现金流管理思路,构建新型的现金流管理体系,完善现金流管理的风险防范措施。Withthe gradual improvement of online information systems, such as the Internet, the Internet of things, cloud computing and big data, the new business model of online supply chain finance has also developed rapidly. The online supply chain finance improves the living environment, and also the management mode of cash flow of small and medium-sized enterprises.Small and medium-sized enterprise cash flow management has the characteristics of the diversification of management main body, the standardization of management process, the fast cash conversion and the management security risk and so on. It needs to adjust the cash flow management ideas,build a new type of cash flow management system, and improve the risk prevention measures of cash flow management.
