摘　　要：创新是进步的源泉。高校档案工作作为学校管理工作的重要组成部分,需要不断创新理念、创新工作方式,才能更好地适应学校发展的需要。高校档案管理创新是一项系统工程,涉及方方面面,必须立足现实、突出重点、统筹兼顾,通过抓关键内容、关键环节,实现档案管理水平的整体提升。Innovation is the source of progress. As an important part of the administration of colleges and universities, archives in university needs continuously innovating ideas and working methods in order to adapt to the development needs better. Innovation of archives management in colleges and universities is a systematic project and must be based on reality, highlight the key points and give overall consideration to achieve the overall improvement of management level by grasping the key contents and links.
