摘  要:通过采用问卷调查的方法,考察大学生心理弹性与人格、生活满意度和正负性情绪的关系,研究结果显示:男生的坚韧性显著高于女生,独生子女的乐观性显著高于非独生子女,农村大学生心理弹性总分及力量性、乐观性显著低于城市大学生;年龄、出生地、人格的气质层面(探求新奇性、躲避伤害性、奖赏依赖性、坚持有恒性)、生活满意度及正负性情绪对大学生心理弹性有显著影响。因此,培养大学生积极的人格特征、提高大学生的生活满意度、触发大学生更多的积极情绪体验将有助于提高大学生的心理弹性水平。The article reports a questionnaire survey with an objective to explore the relations among college students' resilience,personality, satisfaction with life, and positive and negative affects. The results show that boys exceed girls significantly in perseverance,students from one-child families have significant advantage over those from more-than-one-child families in optimism, and rural students are significantly disadvantageous to urban students in resilience, optimism and power. The conclusions are that age, birthplace, temperament(including novelty seeking, harm avoidance, reward dependence and persistence), satisfaction with life, and positive and negative affect haves significant impact on resilience. Therefore, it is suggested that college students' healthy personality should be trained, and their satisfaction with life and positive affect should be enhanced to improve their resilience level.
