摘　　要：目的:探讨海藻酸钠-TACE治疗肝癌早期肝功能损伤及并发症的效果。方法:选取21例接受海藻酸钠-TACE治疗的肝癌患者,术前1周及术后第5天均抽血检查并对肝功能进行Child分级,记录术后并发症情况,并对术前、术后肝功能及并发症进行分析,探讨术后并发症与术前肝功能Child分级的关系。结果:(1)海藻酸钠-TACE术后ALT、AST较术前升高,ALB较术前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)术后容易出现发热、肝区疼痛两项并发症。(3)术前、术后肝功能Child分级无差别,肝功能Child B级患者术后更容易出现乏力。结论:海藻酸钠-TACE术后有一定程度的肝损伤,但不会导致肝功能Child分级下降,并发症轻,安全性高。Objective：To analyze early stage liver function and complication of heptocellular carcinoma treated with Kelp Micro Gelation-TACE.Method：The 21 cases of heptocellular carcinoma accepted KMG-TACE were selected.Did serologic examinations and the child degree of liver function before and the fifth day after KMG-TACE to all cases, and recorded the complications in and after KMG-TACE.Analyzed liver function after KMG-TACE and complication after it, and discussed the relation of complications after KMG-TACE and the child degree of liver function.Result：（1）The value of ALT and AST rose after KMG-TACE,and the value of ALB dropped after it.The differences had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.（2）The two complications of fever and hepatalgia likely took place after KMG-TACE.（3）There was no difference in the preoperative and postoperative liver function Child classification.The cases of child B degree of liver function occured more complications in operation and more likely took place weak after operation.Conclusion：There is a certain degree of liver damage after KMG-TACE.But it could not reduce to liver Child classification,less complications,high safety.
