摘 要:目的:构建符合我国卫生领域的护理部主任胜任力评价指标体系。方法:采用德尔菲法,对全国10个省市护理管理、护理科研、护理教育、临床护理及护理心理5个领域的30名专家针对指标的选择及权重进行两轮咨询。结果:专家权威程度系数为0.89,专家意见协调系数为0.243(P<0.01)。最终确定的护理部主任胜任力评价指标体系包含6个一级指标,26个二级指标。结论:本研究构建的护理部主任胜任力评价指标体系可以为护理部主任的选拔、培训、考核及淘汰提供科学依据。Objective:To establish a competency index system conforms to the health field in our country for nursing directors.Method:The indicators and weights were determined by Delphi method and consulted from 30 specialists twice from 10 provinces and cities in 5 fields including nursing management,nursing research, nursing education,clinical nursing and nursing psychology.Result:Specialists’ Cr was 0.89 and coefficient of coordination was 0.243(P〈0.01).The competency index system consisted 6 first-level indicators and 26 second-level indicators.Conclusion:The competency index system for nursing directors can provide a scientific basis for nursing directors’ selection,training, assessment and elimination.
