摘　　要：目的:探讨螺旋CT在胸骨恶性病变中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析12例临床证实的胸骨恶性肿瘤的多层螺旋CT资料。结果:12例中,10例为转移瘤(其中原发肿瘤为肺癌5例,乳腺癌3例,甲状腺癌1例,肝癌1例);2例为骨髓瘤。转移瘤CT表现为胸骨溶骨性破坏,其中8例伴有局部软组织肿物;骨髓瘤主要表现出圆形穿凿状透亮缺损状,周围清晰度较高,但未出现硬化。结论:多层螺旋CT可检测出恶性胸骨肿瘤的骨破坏,值得应用。Objective： To investigate the application value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of sternal malignant lesions. Methods： A retrospective analysis of multi-slice spiral CT data of 12 patients with sternal malignant lesions proved clinically. Results： Of all the 12 cases, 10 cases were metastatic tumors, of them 5 cases were from lung cancer, 3 cases were from breast cancer, 1 case was from thyroid carcinoma, 1 case from liver cancer; 2 cases were myeloma. On CT imagings, sternal metastasis showed osteolytic destruction（among them, 8 patients were combined with local soft tissue mass）;myeloma mainly showed the circular create bright defect shape, high clarity around, but did not appear.Conclusion： Multi-slice spiral CT can detect malignant tumor of the sternum, so which is worthy of application.
