摘  要:基于多体动力学理论,研究了消隙齿轮对某双顶置凸轮轴柴油机正时驱动系统激励力的影响。利用AVL-EXCITE软件Timing Drive模块,建立了正时驱动系统及全阀系的动力学模型,通过对不同转速、不同卡簧扭转刚度、卡簧预载扭矩下的齿轮啮合动力学结果的比较分析,确定了最佳的卡簧参数,并通过发动机台架噪声试验对消隙齿轮降噪的效果进行了试验验证。研究结果表明:与采用普通齿轮副相比,双顶置凸轮轴柴油机采用消隙齿轮后,消除了背隙侧产生敲击噪声的激励力,怠速下,整机1m噪声声压级降低8dB(A)。The influence of the anti-backlash gear of a DOHC engine on the timing drive system is studied. A simulation model including the timing drive system and valve system is built with AVL-EXCITE Timing Drive software based on the multi-body dynamics. The dynamic characteristics of the timing drive system with the anti-backlash gear at different engine speeds, gear spring torsional stiffness and preloaded torques are investigated. Optimized anti-backlash gear parameters are obtained, and noise reduction effects are verified by engine tests. The experiment results show that the exciting force due to gear backlash is vanished, and engine sound pressure level at one meter (1 m SPL) with the anti-backlash gear is 8 dB(A) lower than that with a common gear at idling.
