摘  要:为优化振动式深松机的深松性能和质量,降低工作阻力和功耗,提高工作效率,在UG的建模环境中分别对振动式深松机各个部件建模,并通过约束进行装配;利用UG的高级仿真功能,对导入的模型创建连杆、运动副,添加运动约束,施加驱动;设置合理的求解方案,完成振动角β=0°、β>0°、β<0°的三种运动仿真分析,得出振动角β<0°时更利于降耗的结论。本文对振动式深松机的耕作部件深松铲的运动规律进行分析对比,为机具减阻提供一种新的研究方法,对提高深松作业效果和作业性能提供理论依据。With the purpose of optimizing the performance and quality of the deep loosing machine,reducing the effective resistance and power consumption,improving the operating efficiency,the simulation model of the oscillating subsoiler was built and assembled through the constraints of parts under the modeling environment of UG.In motion simulation environment the model was imported and then connecting rod and sports vice were constructed,added motion constraints and drove to run.The three kinds of motion simulation analysis about the vibration angleβ=0°,β0°,β0°were completed with a reasonable solution,and the conclusion was that the vibration angleβ0°was the most important factor for reducing power consumption.The movement law of an oscillating subsoiler was analyzed and compared in this paper,and it provided a new research method to reduce the resistance,a theoretical basis for improving the effect and operation performance of subsoiling.
