摘　　要：江苏省丰县梁寨镇新乡贤工作室,既是乡村社会综合治理精细化、内生化、人本化和法治化的制度性创新,也是村民自治组织和制度的创新,具有新制度性出场意义。基于实证调查研究,可对新乡贤的法律素质作出准确的把握与评估。从总体上看,新乡贤高度认同依法治国方略,高度认同乡村治理秩序法治化目标,渴求法律知识,这对科学把握乡村普法的内生性力量和有效对接点有重要启发。新乡贤调解乡村纠纷、化解村民矛盾的最大底气在于法律,这对促进乡村法治力量的良性成长,同样具有重要启发意义。The new elites of villager studio of Liangzhai town in Fengxian County of Jiangsu province is a rural society governance of comprehensive intensification, endogeneity, humanism and the institutional innovation under the rule of law, it is also the innovation of villagers＂ self--governance organization and system integrity, which has the meaning of the new institutional appearance. We have accurately grasped and evaluated on the legal quality of new elites of villager based on the empirical investigation. Generally speaking, the new elites of villagers highly agree with the party＇s governing of the country according to the law, and highly agree with the goal of rural governance order under the rule of law. They are eager to learn legal knowledge, which is important for them to grasp the endogenous force and effective junctions in the countryside. The new elites of villager＇s biggest courage in resolving rural disputes and mediating contradiction lies in the law . It also has important enlightenment for us to effectively promote the benign growth of power of using law in the countryside.
