摘 要:目的探讨心理健康教育对改善惠州市精神病患者家属负面情绪的效果。方法选取2014年10月-2015年6月广东省惠州市第二人民医院、惠州市复员退伍军人医院精神科收住院治疗的300例精神病患者家属,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各150例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在对照组基础上添加心理健康教育干预,并采用Zung编制的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对患者家属的焦虑、抑郁进行测评,并对两组结果进行比较。结果心理健康教育干预后,观察组焦虑、抑郁发生情况与本组干预前及对照组干预后比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。且干预后观察组SAS和SDS评分均低于干预前及对照组干预后,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01或P〈0.05)。结论对精神病患者家属进行心理健康教育可显著改善焦虑抑郁负面情绪。Objective To investigate the effect of mental health education on improvement of negative emotions for the family numbers of psychiatric patients in Huizhou City. Methods 300 cases of hospitalized psychiatric patients' family members were selected in department of psychiatric, the Second People's Hospital of Huizhou City and the Demobilized Veterans Hospital of Huizhou City from October 2014 to June 2015. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 150 cases in each. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and patients in the observation group were added mental health education intervention on the basis of routine nursing. Zung Anxiety Rating Scale(SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) were used to evaluate anxiety and depression, and the results of the two groups were compared. Results After mental health education intervention, the occurrence of anxiety, depression in the observation group were compared with that before intervention and the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P〈0.05). And after the intervention in the observation group, SAS and SDS scores were lower than those of pre-intervention and control group, the differences were statistically significant(P 〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Conclusion Mental health education can significantly improve the negative emotions of anxiety and depression for the family numbers of psychiatric patients.
