摘 要:随着贵阳南部电网的发展,网架结构引起的电网安全稳定问题已经影响到整个贵阳电网以及贵州电网的稳定运行,必须装设区域电网安全稳定控制装置来解决电网稳定问题。根据醒狮-青岩区域电网网架结构,分析该区域电网实际运行中可能出现的主变及线路过载问题,提出相应的控制措施,详细介绍了醒狮-青岩安全稳定控制系统的组成、各厂站的功能及控制策略,并分析了该系统运行中可能存在的风险及相应的控制措施。青岩-醒狮安全稳定控制系统的成功运用,不仅加强了贵阳南部电网的安全稳定,而且为今后此类系统的设计和应用积累了实践经验,具有重要的借鉴意义。With the development of Guiyang southern power grid, the problem of security and stability caused by the power grid structure has affected the operation of Guiyang and Guizhou power grid. In order to solve this problem, a regional stability control system for Guiyang Xingshi-Qingyan power grid must be installed.By analyzing the structure of Xingshi-Qingyan power grid, problem of transformer and circuit overload were found out, and the corresponding security and stability control strategy was proposed. This paper also introduces the system component, function, control strategy, risks of the operation of the system and the corresponding control measures for Xingshi-Qingyan power grid. The application of regional stability control system for Xingshi-Qingyan power grid can improve security and stability of Guiyang southern power grid, which is also helpful and meaningful for its future design and application.
