摘　　要：分析了互联网医疗发展的域外经验和发展趋势,针对目前我国互联网医疗发展中存在的资源对接和准入监管的双重不足、部门监管和基础设施建设的不足、权利救济的缺憾等法律困境,提出健全立法、规范准入、约束行为、优化管理、明确责任、救济权利等互联网医疗发展的法治路径。The paper analyzes the overseas experiences and development trend of internet medical treatment.In view of legal dilemma in the development of internet medical treatment in our country,such as deficiencies in docking of resources and supervision on access,lack of supervision by sectors and construction of infrastructure,defects of right relief,etc.,the path of developing internet medical treatment under the rule of law,including improving legislation,regulating the access,restricting behavior,optimizing management,clearing responsibility and relieving rights was proposed.
