摘  要:我国公路绿化废弃物产量大,二次污染问题严重,笔者以公路行道树速生材木单板为主要基材,采用酚醛树脂浸渍处理、梯度热压工艺制备高速公路用木质防眩板。研究了不同材质、单板排列方式以及复合金属网对木质防眩板性能的影响;对比分析了不同防眩板的抗风荷载、抗变形量和耐候性。并依据防眩板成本价格,分析了市场前景。研究结果表明:以桉木为材质、顺纹排列、不加金属网复合的木质防眩板的性能较好,木质防眩板的各项性能达到国家标准,与其他材质市售防眩板相比成本低、性能好,具有较好的市场前景。In our country,the massive production of highway greening waste makes serious secondary pollution.In this work,poplar veneer,which is the fast-growing wood species in the two sides of the highway,is used as matrix.The phenol formaldehyde resin immersion treatment and the gradient hot-pressing process are adopted to prepare the highway used wood-based anti-glare plates.The effects of different materials,veneer arrangement,and the composite metal mesh on the properties of wood-based anti-glare plates are investigated.The anti-wind load and the anti-deformation of the different plates are compared.Meanwhile,the market prospect is analyzed according to the prices of the anti-glare plates.The results show that the wood-based antiglare plate,which is prepared by using eucalyptus veneers with rift grain arrangement and without composite metal mesh,achieves the optimum performances.The properties of the wood-based anti-glare plates meet the national standard.In addition,they perform low price and good properties as compared with the anti-glare plates made with other matrix,displaying wonderful market prospect.
