摘 要:合成了高分子重金属絮凝剂交联淀粉聚丙烯酰胺黄原酸酯(CSAX),研究了该絮凝剂处理铅锌废水的效能,考察了各因素对CSAX捕集Pb^(2+)和Zn^(2+)效果的影响,并将其应用于实际铅锌冶炼废水的处理以进行验证。结果表明,CSAX对Pb^(2+)和Zn^(2+)的捕集效率较高,Pb^(2+)去除率达95%以上,Zn^(2+)去除率可达90%。p H值对CSAX去除Pb^(2+)(Zn^(2+))有一定的影响,在p H<7的范围内,p H值越高,去除率越高;腐殖酸以及致浊物质能促进Pb^(2+)(Zn^(2+))的去除;EDTA明显抑制对Pb^(2+)(Zn^(2+))的去除;相比之下,碱金属、碱土金属以及部分配位能力弱的阴离子对Pb^(2+)和Zn^(2+)的去除率影响不大。The performance of synthesized flocculent crosslinked starch-graft-poly acrylamide-co-sodium xanthate( CSAX) was evaluated for the flocculation of wastewater containing Pb^2+and Zn^2+,and some of the factors affecting the removal of Pb^2+and Zn^2+by CSAX were studied. Additionally,CSAX was applied to actual wastewater to verify its applicability. The results reveal that CSAX binds strongly with Pb^2+and Zn^2+,as the removal rates were above 95% for Pb^2+and 90% for Zn^2+,and p H value affected the removal rate of Pb^2+and Zn^2+,as the removal efficiency increased with increasing p H values in the range of p H 7. Humic acid and turbidity promoted the removal of Pb^2+and Zn^2+,whereas EDTA weakened the removal of Pb^2+,especially the Pb^2+. Akali metals,alkaline-earth metals,and some anions that have weak coordination ability have no effect on the removal of Pb^2+and Zn^2+.
