摘  要:对絮凝剂作用于胶结充填的各个环节进行筛分试验,选出的絮凝剂解决了国内某矿山充填砂仓沉砂不足、充填料浆采场沉降脱水困难等问题,并对所选絮凝剂对胶结充填影响进行试验分析。通过筛分,最终确定选用800万和1800万分子量的阴离子型聚丙烯酰作为该矿山胶结充填的添加剂。同时试验证明所选絮凝剂可以增加充填体的早期强度,对充填料浆粘度的影响也在可控范围内。Screening tests were made in all aspects of cement filling acted by floceulants and the selected floeculants effects have solved the problems of insufficient sand settling in mine filling chamber, difficulty of stope filling pulp settling dehydration and others.Test analysis was conducted on impact of the selected flocculants on cemented filling. By screening, eventually anionic polypropylene acyl with 8 million and 18 million molecular weight was selected as additive for mine cemented filling. This test also proves that the selected flocculants not only can increase the early strength of filling body but also can bring its impact on viscosity of the filling pulp under control.
