摘　　要：目的探讨Tip30和p53蛋白在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法收集2013年1月—2014年12月秦皇岛市第一医院普外一科收治的60例胃癌患者为研究对象,采用免疫组化SP法检测胃癌组织及其癌旁正常组织中Tip30和p53的表达,并探讨两者的相关性及临床意义。结果 60例胃癌组织中Tip30阳性率为46.67%(28/60),显著低于癌旁正常组织中的95.00%(57/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。60例胃癌组织中p53的阳性率为48.33%(29/60),高于癌旁正常组织中的5.00%(3/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Tip30蛋白表达相关因素包括胃癌分化程度、浸润程度、临床分期、是否发生淋巴结转移等(P<0.05)。p53蛋白表达相关因素包括胃癌浸润程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移等(P<0.05)。胃癌组织中Tip30蛋白与p53蛋白表达呈显著负相关(r=-0.637,P<0.05)。结论 Tip30低表达和p53高表达可作为预测胃癌不良预后的重要指标。Objective To investigate the expression of Tip30 and p53 in gastric carcinoma and its clinical signifi-cance.Methods 60 cases of patients with gastric carcinoma were selected from expression was detected by SP immunohisto-chemistry in 60 cases of gastric cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues of Tip30 and p53.Results the positive rate of Tip30 in 60 cases of cancer tissues was 46.67%, which was lower than that of 95.00%（57/60） （ P 〈0.05） in the normal tissue adjacent to the cancer.The positive rate of p53 in 60 cases of gastric cancer tissues was 48.33%（29/60） , which was higher than the adjacent normal tissues 5.00%（ P 〈0.05）.The related factors of Tip30 protein expression in gastric cancer patients including clinical stage, differentiation, lymph node metastasis, invasion degree （ P 〈0.05）.The expression of p53 and gastric cancer invasion, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis （ r =-0.637, P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The high ex-pression of p53 and low expression of Tip30 can be used as an important index to predict poor prognosis of the gastric cancer.
