热牙胶根管填充在根管治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨热牙胶根管填充在根管治疗中的应用价值。方法牙根管治疗患者100例（108颗患牙），随机分为两组。观察组50例（55颗患牙）应用热牙胶技术充填，对照组50例（53颗患牙）应用冷牙胶侧压技术填充，比较两组患者操作时间、填充效果及临床疗效。结果观察组操作时间、填充效果及临床疗效均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论热牙胶根管填充行根管治疗具有时间短、填充效果及临床疗效好等优点，可提高工作效率及临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical value of hot gutta-percha filling in teeth root canal treatment （ RCT ） . Methods 100 RCT patients with 108 teeth were collected and randomly divided into two groups. The observation group with 50 RCT patients （ 55 teeth ） was treated with hot gutta-percha filling method, while the control group with 50 RCT patients （ 53 teeth ） was treated with cold gutta-percha filling method. Then chairside operation time, filling quality and clinical effects between the two groups were compared. Results The chairside operation time, filling quality and clinical effects of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusions The hot gutta-percha filling treatment shows less chairside operation time, better filling quality and could improve the clinical effect significantly.
