摘　　要：目的:开展医疗设备经济效益分析,以提高医院医疗设备的管理水平,充分发挥医疗设备的效能。方法:将收费项目与列入考核的设备名称对应,再从医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)中的计价收费模块提取收费项目等相关数据,通过大致估算回收期和同比增减比,分析医疗设备的经济效益。结果:通过HIS调取医疗设备收费计价数据,大大减少了医疗设备使用数据统计所需的人力、物力,提高了数据的准确性。结论:开展医疗设备经济效益分析,有助于医院管理者及时掌握医疗设备运行成本等信息,为医院管理者合理购置医疗设备提供科学数据。Objective To carry out economic benefit analysis on medical equipment to enhance hospital medical equipment management and medical equipment efficacy. Methods The charging items were matched with corresponding equipment, and then related data were extracted from the charging module of HIS. Payback period and increase or decrease ratio were estimated to analyze the economic benefit. Results The involvement of HIS reduced the consumption of manpower and materials, while the data accuracy was enhanced. Conclusion Medical equipment economic benefit analysis makes the hospital manager master timely the information on medical equipment running cost, and provides references for medical equipment purchasing.
