摘  要:目的观察角膜基质及结膜下单次注射康柏西普治疗角膜新生血管的疗效及安全性。方法采用前瞻性自身对照研究方法,对8例角膜新生血管患者行角膜基质及结膜下各注射康柏西普约20μL(0.2 mg)。通过观察角膜新生血管的形态及面积变化评价其治疗效果,通过视力及眼压变化评价其安全性。结果 8例患者术前第1天、术后第7天及术后3个月的角膜新生血管面积分别为(17.83±5.64)mm^2、(12.58±4.52)mm^2和(14.64±4.18)mm^2,患者术后第7天和3个月的角膜新生血管面积与术前第1天相比,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。术后第7天视力和术前第1天相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后第1天和第7天眼压与术前第1天相比,差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。结论角膜基质及结膜下单次注射康柏西普可减少角膜新生血管面积,而短期内对视力及眼压无显著影响。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of one dose intrastromal and subconjunctival conbercept injection for corneal neovascularization( C N V). Methods Eight patients( 8 eyes) with C N V were collected,and the intrastromal and subconjunctival conbercept injection about 20 μL( 0. 2 mg) were given. The morphology and area were observed to evaluate the efficacy of conbercept for C N V. Visual acuity and intraocular pressure were observed to evaluate its safety. Results The preoperative area of C N V was( 17. 83 ± 5. 64) mm2. At postoperative 7 days and 3 months,the area were( 12. 58 ± 4. 52) mm2and( 14. 64 ± 4. 18) mm2,respectively,there were statistical differences compared with pre-operation( all P 〈0. 05). There was no statistical difference in visual acuity betw een preoperative 1 day and postoperative 7 days( P 〉0. 05). There was no statistical difference in intraocular pressure at postoperative 1 day,7days compared with preoperative 1 day( all P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion O ne dose intrastromal and subconjunctival conbercept injection can reduce C N V,and has no significant effect on visual acuity and intraocular pressure in short-term.
