摘 要:目的探讨六味地黄颗粒对哮喘大鼠肺组织EGF、EGFR蛋白表达量的影响。方法以卵清白蛋白建立哮喘大鼠模型并分组,通过HE染色观察并检测大鼠支气管壁厚度;免疫组织化学法检测各组EGF、EGFR蛋白表达量。结果 HE染色显示哮喘模型对照组支气管壁厚度和支气管平滑肌厚度均明显高于空白对照组;空白对照组支气管壁厚度和支气管平滑肌厚度数值最低,六味地黄颗粒辅助地塞米松组、六味地黄颗粒治疗组则介于空白对照组和哮喘模型对照组之间,且这四组的两两比较均有统计学意义;哮喘模型对照组的EGF蛋白表达明显高于其余各组,六味地黄颗粒辅助地塞米松组EGF表达量最低,明显低于空白对照组;仅发现哮喘模型对照组EGFR表达明显高于其余各组,空白对照组分别与六味地黄颗粒辅助地塞米松组、地塞米松治疗组、六味地黄颗粒治疗组比较,均无统计学意义。结论六味地黄颗粒可通过下调EGF、EGFR的表达量以拮抗气道重塑。Objective To study how traditional Chinese medicine Liuweidihuang influence asthma rat models' EGF and EGFR. Methods We built asthma rat models by OVA. Then we test SMC- A and WA using pathological examination. After that,we detect the expression of EGF and EGFR by immunohistochemistry. Results SMC- A and WA of asthma rat models group are more thick than other groups by HE stain. On the other hand,the comparison of the SMC- A and WA between group Z,group A1 and group A3 respectively show us significant difference the EGF and EGFR expression of asthma rat models are more high than other groups respectively. But there are not different among group Z group A1 and group A3 about the EGFR expression. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Liuweidihuang can reduce the EGF and EGFR expression of asthma rat models to resist airway remodeling.
