摘　　要：为帮助医生快速精确地定位颅内血肿,基于3D多平面重建MPR技术,设计了一种脑出血定位诊断的新方法,该方法通过计算颅脑半径、高距、额距、颞距等定量化指标,从而为医生提供客观的临床手术依据。前期实验证明该方法准确可靠,可以在临床中作为计算机辅助诊断手段得到应用。In order to help doctors to locate intracranial hematoma quickly and accurately, this paper designed a new inethod for localization diagnosis of intracerebral hemorrhage based on 3D multi-planar reconstruction technique, which can provide a more objective clinical evidence for physicians by calculating the quantitative indicators including cranial radius, height, frontal distance and temporal distance. Previous experiments showed that this method is accurate and reliable, which can be applied in clinical environment as a computer aided diagnosis tool.
