摘　　要：前列腺癌是男性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。超声弹性成像是近年广泛用于临床的超声新技术,已应用于前列腺肿块的筛查与诊断。本文就超声弹性成像的基本原理、检查方法及其在前列腺癌早期诊断及活检中的应用价值作一综述。Prostate cancer is one of the most common malignant tumor in men. Ultrasonic elastography is a new ultrasonography technology, which has been widely used in screening and diagnosis of prostate in clinic in recent years.This paper summarizes the principles and methods of ultrasonic elastography, explore its value in the early diagnosis of prostate cancer and guidance for prostate biopsy.
