中国肺癌患者MMP-2表达临床生物学意义的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的 对有关MMP-2表达与中国肺癌患者临床病理学参数的研究文献进行Meta分析,探讨中国肺癌患者MMP-2表达的临床生物学意义。方法 搜索CBM和CNKI数据库中有关MMP-2表达与中国肺癌患者临床病理学参数的研究文献,以OR及95%CI作为效应量,采用Review Manager 5.0进行统计学分析。结果 MMP-2在肺癌组织中的表达较正常对照组高（OR=10.73,95%CI：8.20~14.03,P〈0.00001）;MMP-2表达与淋巴结转移（OR=3.73,95%CI：2.37~5.87,P〈0.00001）、组织学分级（OR=2.44,95%CI：1.47~4.05,P=0.0006）、临床分期（OR=3.14,95%CI：1.44~6.82,P=0.004）均有明显相关性。肿瘤分化程度低、有淋巴结转移及肿瘤分期偏晚的肺癌患者MMP-2的表达较高。结论 MMP-2的表达与肺癌进展及转移密切相关,可作为肺癌的诊断和预后判断的可靠指标。Objective The Chinese patients with lung cancer associated with MMP-2 expression of clinical pathology parameters research literature for Meta analysis, to explore Chinese patients with lung cancer clinical biological significance of MMP-2 expression. Methods All eligible studies reporting the association of MMP-2 expression with clinicopathologieal features in lung cancer patients were retrieved from CBM and CNKI databases. Review Manager 5.0 was used to calculate the pooled odds ratio （OR） and 95% confidence interval （CI）. Results It was found that the expression level of MMP-2 was significantly increased in lung cancer compared to that in normal tissues （0R=10.73,95% CI：8.20-14.03, P〈0.000 01）. In addition, the expression of MMP-2 was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis （0R=3.73,95% CI：2.37±5.87, P〈0.000 01）, histological grades （0R=2.44,95% CI：1.47±4.05, P=0.0006）, clinical stage （OR=3.14,95% CI： 1.44-6.82, P=0.004）. The expression of MMP-2 was significantly increased in patients with lung cancer who were at lower differentiation, with lymph node metastasis and at late clinical stage. Conclusion Overexpression of MMP-2 may play important roles in the development and metastasis of lung cancer, which might be an indicator for the diagnosis and prognosis of lung cancer.
