摘  要:枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)是一种革兰氏阳性菌,具有种类多、分泌蛋白能力强、安全性好等优点,是一种重要工业酶和工业制剂的菌种,被广泛应用于医药、食品、农业、饲料、造纸和纺织等多种领域。为了进一步提高枯草芽孢杆菌的发酵能力,采用紫外线照射的方法诱导筛选高产菌株。对通过紫外线诱导提高枯草芽孢杆菌产淀粉酶、蛋白酶、α-乙酰乳酸脱羧酶(α-acetolactate decarboxylase,简称α-ALDC)、3-羟基丁酮(Acetoin)和葡萄糖-1-磷酸(Glucose-1-phosphate,简称G-1-P)能力的条件进行了比较。Bacillus subtilis is a kind of gram positive bacteria, which has many advantages, such as abundant varieties, strong ability of secreting protein, good safety and so on.It is a kind of important industrial enzyme and industrial formulation, and has been widely used in many fields, such as medicine, food, agriculture, feed, paper and textile.In order to further improve the fermentation ability of Bacillus subtilis, the high yield strain was induced by UV irradiation.The conditions for improving the production of amylase, protease,α-ALDC, acetoin, glucose-1-phos-phate were compared by ultraviolet radiation.
