摘 要:为研究免填饲料不同营养浓度对北京鸭皮脂性能的影响,设置4个能量蛋白梯度免填饲料配方:ME11.93MJ/kg、CP16.O%;ME12.35MJ/kg、CP16.6%;ME12.77MJ/kg、CP17.1%;ME13.19MJ/kg、CP17.7%。试验鸭群选用1440只南口1号北京鸭,随机分为4个处理组,每组6个重复,每个重复60只北京鸭,每个处理组公母比例均为1:l。各组试验鸭分别饲喂上述配方的饲料,试验周期为15~40日龄。试验结束后分别从4个处理组的各个重复中随机抽取2只共48只(公鸭23只,母鸭25只)北京鸭用于屠宰试验,测定皮脂性能。结果:母鸭的皮脂率、腹脂率显著高于公鸭(P〈0.05),说明在相同饲养条件下,母鸭具有更强的脂肪沉积能力,可多增加1.6%的皮脂率。4种不同营养浓度的免填饲料对公鸭皮脂厚、皮脂率和腹脂率影响差异都达到显著水平(P〈0.05),对母鸭皮脂率亦有显著的影响(P〈0.05)。在公鸭群体中,皮脂厚与活重、皮脂率存在极显著的正相关关系(r,=0.5659,r2=O.7156,P〈0.01),与腹脂率存在显著的正相关关系(r=0.3840,P〈0.05);皮脂率、腹脂率与活重均呈显著正相关关系(n=0.4688,r2=0.5282,P〈0.05)。研究结果对提高北京鸭皮脂性能有重要应用价值。In order to observe the effects of different sex and nutrient concentration on skin fat properties of Peking duck,4 kinds of rations containing different levels of metabolizable energy (ME)and crude protein (CP)were designed, which were ME 11.93 MJ/kg, CP 16.0% ; ME 12.35 MJ/kg, CP 16.6% ; ME 12.77 MJ/kg, CP 17.1% ; 13.19 MJ/kg, CP 17.7%,respectively. In total, 1 440 Peking ducks were randomly assigned into four groups fed with above rations,each group had 6 replicates with 60 ducks for each replicate, and the proportion of males and females in each group was l:l. They were reared from 15 to 40 days of age. At the end of experiment,48 Peking ducks (23 males,25 females) were slaughtered for measuring skin fat properties. The results showed that skin fat rate and abdominal fat rate of female were significantly higher than those of male (P〈0.05).This meant that female ducks had stronger ability of fat deposition than male ducks at the same conditions. Female ducks could obtain about 1.6% skin fat than males at the same conditions. Four different kinds of free-forced feeds had significant effects on skin fat thickness, percentage of skin fat,percentage of abdominal fat. The correlation analysis showed that skin fat thickness had highly significant positive correlation with body weight and percentage of skin fat (rl=0.5659,r2=0.7156,P〈0.Ol,respectively), as well as significantly positive correlation with percentage of abdominal fat rate (r=0.3840,P〈0.05). Percentage of skin fat and percentage of abdominal fat were significantly correlated with live body weight (rl=0.4688,r2=0.5282,P〈0.O5,respectively). The results had important application value for Peking duck production.
