摘　　要：教学方法直接影响着教学效果和质量。本文剖析了当今各种主流的医学教学方法的利与弊,并结合自身体会,报道了第二军医大学附属长海医院应用的基于MOOC理念的混合式教学法,实践证明效果满意,值得推广。Teaching methods directly affect the teaching effect and quality. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current mainstream of medical teaching methods, and combined with my own experience, report of the application of mixed teaching method based on concept of MOOC used by Second Military Medical University Changhai Hospital. Practice has proved that satisfactory results, is worthy to be popularized.
