根治性全胃切除空肠间置代胃术在胃癌患者中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨根治性全胃切除空肠间置代胃术在胃癌患者中的应用价值。方法 选取2010年6月-2016年5月我院接收的64例胃癌患者,随机分组,各32例,对照组实施全胃切除术,观察组实施根治性全胃切除空肠间置代胃术,比较两组患者治疗前后相关营养指标及治疗效果。结果 术前,两组相关营养指标相比,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,术后,观察组相关营养指标显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组有效率93.75%显著高于对照组62.50%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对胃癌患者给予根治性全胃切除空肠间置代胃术,可提高患者营养状况,效果显著。Objective To explore the application value of radical total gastrectomy jejunal interposition in patients with gastric cancer. Methods 64 cases of gastric cancer patients received in our hospital from June 2010 to May 2016 were selected, random grouping, each of 32 cases,control group received total gastrectomy, the observation group received total gastrectomy jejunal interposition, compared the two groups of patients before and after the treatment of nutritional indicators and the effect of treatment. Results Before operation, two groups of relative nutritional indicators were compared, the difference was not statistically significant （P＆gt;0.05）. Postoperative, the nutritional index of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; The effective rate of observation group 93.75% was significantly higher than that of the control group 62.50%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Gastric cancer patients treated with radical total gastrectomy for gastric cancer, which can improve the nutritional status of patients.
