小肠插管内固定排列术治疗广泛粘连性完全性肠梗阻的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨研究小肠插管内固定排列术治疗广泛粘连性完全性肠梗阻的效果。方法 选择2013年1月-2015年1月于我院就诊的广泛粘连性完全性肠梗阻患者共30例作为本次研究的对象,所有患者采用小肠插管内固定排列术进行治疗,回顾性分析患者的临床资料。结果19例患者实施顺行插管肠腔内排列术,11例患者实施逆行插管肠腔内排列术。7例患者的分离肠管时间在5 h以上,其余患者均在3 h左右。观察患者术后治疗情况,1例患者出现肠瘘,3例出现切口感染,2例患者出现腹泻,肛门排气和排便时间在4-6 d之间。结论 在广泛粘连性完全性肠梗阻患者治疗中实施小肠插管内固定排列术治疗安全有效,并发症发生率低,术后恢复效果良好,值得在临床上大力推广。Objective To study the effect of small intestine tube fixation plication for treatment of extensive adhesions complete obstruction blocking. Methods 30 cases of extensive adhesions complete obstruction blocking were selected from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital as the object of this study, all the patients were treated with small intestine tube fixation plication, The patients information was review analyzed. Results 19 patients embodiment antegrade cannula arrangement intestine surgery, 11 patients embodiment retrograde plication intestine. 7 patients with isolated intestine time were more than five hours, the remaining patients were about three hours. Postoperative treatment of patients, 1 patient intestinal fistula, wound infection was 3 patients, 2 patients were diarrhea, flatus and defecation time was 4-6 days. Conclusion The implementation of a wide range of adhesive patients complete obstruction of the small intestine tube holder arrangement for the treatment is safe and effective, low complication rate, postoperative recovery to good effect, worthy of clinical promoting.
